We are on the lookout for a Group Product Manager, Ads Effectiveness to join the AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

We have developed a range of products that offer advertising solutions for restaurants, helping them increase visibility, reach, improve order conversion, and drive more sales across the entire marketing funnel. Operating in about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times daily. In 2024/25, AdTech is a key focus for us, projected to generate over 1 billion euros in revenue, with our innovative tech and product offerings being central to this growth.

As Group Product Manager, Ads Effectiveness, you will own the strategy and execution of products that maximize advertiser ROI and increase ad spend. You will lead a team to develop advanced measurement frameworks and create tools that help advertisers understand and scale their investments. By leveraging data science, experimentation, and predictive analytics, you will improve attribution, incrementality, and overall ad performance—fueling revenue growth for both advertisers and the company.

Lead a team of seasoned product managers to build an industry-leading first-party advertising service.

Engage with globally distributed regional teams to understand business and product opportunities, influencing product discovery and the roadmap.

Collaborate within a cross-functional team comprising performance managers, data scientists, analysts, UX researchers, designers, and engineers.

Conduct user research by interviewing advertisers to identify and prioritize their needs and problems.

As a global leader, act as a thought leader and subject matter expert across the company.

Qualifications
  • 8 to 10+ years of professional experience in product management/development, ideally in internet, e-commerce, and ad-tech sectors, with at least 3 years leading a team of product managers/strategists.
  • 5+ years of relevant AdTech domain experience, building commercially viable product portfolios, owning product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of driving ad spend growth through improved measurement, attribution, and optimization strategies.
  • Strong understanding of auction dynamics, pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and advertiser LTV modeling. Deep expertise in ad measurement methodologies, including MTA, MMM, lift studies, and brand impact analysis.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; capable of explaining product initiatives through data and guiding decision-making. Experience working with data science, machine learning, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to listen, negotiate, and compromise with stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
