As Group Product Manager of Apps at LNIP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our application vision and driving strategic decisions on how we help our customers get to insights faster. Your responsibilities will span governance, commercialization, and innovation.

Responsibilities

1. Developing and owning the long-term vision and strategy
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data and application strategies with the overall product roadmap
3. Owning the product roadmap for features and offerings, ensuring alignment with company goals
4. Overseeing implementation of work by your team by shepherding the program, facilitating cross-team alignment, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap
5. Evaluating and prioritizing new features and offerings based on business impact, customer needs, and market trends
6. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and pain points
7. Driving packaging for feature packages and new offerings
8. Leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of product managers

Requirements

1. Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
2. Demonstrate knowledge of the entire product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and modern software development practices
3. Demonstrate the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals and objectives
4. Have expertise in leveraging analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide product strategy and decision-making
5. Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
6. Demonstrate ability to envision the future of the product and industry, and translate that vision into actionable plans
