We are seeking an experienced Group Operations Director to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of Bauer Media Audio Ireland.

In this role, you will work across all brands, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and working closely with the CEO, you will foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

This position involves working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, offering a great opportunity for a committed media professional to join a dynamic and expanding company.

What you will do:

1. Develop and nurture cross-functional relationships to improve business efficiencies and foster innovation.
2. Lead a team of managers and professionals delivering shared services across brands, including audio production, events, and consumer competitions.
3. Manage regulatory and compliance matters with statutory bodies and explore funding opportunities.
4. Implement systems and processes to improve performance and productivity.
5. Integrate acquisitions and shape the future of a multi-location business.
6. Represent Bauer Media Audio Ireland on industry committees and bodies.
7. Prepare accurate management reports and presentations on time.
