Jobbeschreibung

Inbound Logistics involves the processes of physical purchase order handling, from transportation at the source to goods receipt and warehouse put-away. In this role, you are expected to:

• Establish, improve, maintain, and share group-wide harmonized logistics management standards (Policies and Guidelines, Processes, Systems/Tools, KPIs, Best Practices).
• Drive and support business performance improvements.
• Lead capability building across the group in your area of expertise: advise, coach, train.
• Optimize and promote end-to-end/group-wide supply chain alignment and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• As Group Process Owner: Own the Inbound Logistics "One Template" solution, including process, application configuration, roles, and standards. Lead your expert network and support the "Source-to-Pay" Core Process Network. Collaborate for end-to-end optimization. Drive continuous improvement of the template. Promote process adherence through assessments/audits. Maintain documentation and support training. Support troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• As Subject Matter Expert (SME): Analyze performance/KPIs, identify opportunities, initiate projects for root-cause analysis and solutions. Lead or participate in business improvement initiatives. Support the rollout of the One Template with Roll-out Managers.
• As Management Unit (MU) Business Partner: Collaborate with the assigned MU to monitor supply chain performance/KPIs, define improvement actions, and connect with internal experts for support.
• Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or certification in Supply Chain Management is desirable.
• Experience: 8-10 years in supply chain and logistics, preferably in FMCG sector across multiple European markets. In-house consulting experience is a plus.
• Skills: Managing purchase order fulfillment, warehousing, transportation operations, using ERP, WMS, TMS, digital tech; knowledge of related processes and EU logistics regulations; lean management techniques; excellent communication; proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Willing to travel — up to 50% per week.
