Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing project managers and project teams.
• Strong background in transformation, change management, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, project portfolios, and resource allocation in dynamic matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Fluent English skills combined with a structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
