Nordex Group in Hamburg is seeking a Change Manager Service Digitalization to drive world-wide service process improvements and digitalization initiatives. You will bridge Global Service and IT to translate business needs into actionable change, ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment across regions.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in digitalization or change management, with preference for wind energy experience.

As a Change Manager Service Digitalization, you support the development of service-related processes, systems, and digital solutions within a global organization. The role focuses on evaluating business needs, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring that change activities are aligned with operational priorities. By connecting different functions and perspectives, you contribute to the effective implementation of sustainable business improvements.

YOUR TASKS

• Act as the central interface between the Global Service organization and IT, ensuring alignment of business requirements and technical solutions
• Evaluate service-related requirements and business demands and translate them into structured change requests and digitalization initiatives
• Review existing tools, systems, and processes before initiating new developments to ensure efficient use of available solutions
• Define, prioritize, and manage change requests based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives
• Prepare, facilitate, and coordinate change governance activities, including Change Committees and stakeholder alignment workshops
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and support the implementation of approved changes across the global service value chain
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent communication regarding priorities, dependencies, risks, and implementation progress

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, change management, business analysis, project management, or a comparable role
• Experience in the wind energy industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes combined with technical knowledge
• Experience working with enterprise systems and service management tools such as SAP and ServiceNow
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities, and build alignment across functions and regions
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative working style, and experience working in an international environment with diverse stakeholders
