WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead the Regulatory Reporting of a CRR Credit Institution, reporting directly to our CFO.
• Oversee all aspects of regulatory reporting, including structural decisions, reporting controls, and audits.
• Develop the regulatory reporting function, including implementing new regulations (such as CRR3, new products, new geographies), ongoing reporting processes and controls (entities, branches, group consolidation), and technical setup (both in-house and with external partners).
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (e.g., tech, product, compliance, strategy, financial planning) and external service providers (e.g., auditors, system providers, consultants).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An experienced leader with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the banking sector, fintech, or top-tier professional services firms.
• Excellent knowledge of European regulatory frameworks for financial institutions.
• A self-driven personality with a bias for action and high attention to detail. You can quickly understand new challenges and provide structure to help your team address them efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills. You can confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels and navigate well under pressure.
• Operational experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth organization is a plus.
• Fluent German language skills are required.
