Jobbeschreibung

• Responsibility for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to company and specifically HR expenses including payroll benefits training and recruitment costs
• Responsibility for financial budgeting in collaboration with the HR department and other companywide functions
• Monitor the budget and highlight variances and provide insights and recommendations to HR and management
• Evaluate companywide cost factors and identify potential cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Creating reports and dashboards for a clear overview of financial performance
• Work closely with HR leadership to align financial strategies with HR priorities and business objectives

Your strengths

• Completed Masters degree with a focus on controlling accounting finance or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Several years of experience in financial management with extensive experience in corporate controlling and HR controlling
• Analytical thinking skills talent for planning and working with financial models
• Excellent understanding of corporate and HR financial processes
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems finance and HR software (e.g. SAP R / 3 Success Factors)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills and a high level of integrity
