Job Description: Group Enterprise Architect (m/w/d)

We are seeking a Group Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) for our IT Infrastructure department in Bremen, on a permanent basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement and establish Enterprise Architecture Management across the OHB Group.
• Serve as the interface between Group Technology Strategy (CTO/CDO and CIO), Transformation Office, and relevant business strategy stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage resources (budgets, skills, technologies) necessary for excellent enterprise management, ensuring a holistic approach in collaboration with various business functions.
• Oversee the selection and global implementation of an EA toolset, including process and interface definitions, and rollout.
• Post-implementation, manage EA governance, team and skill development, tool enhancement, and data quality assurance.
• Define and communicate technical standards, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Provide relevant data and visualizations, offer recommendations, and support the development and implementation of business and technology strategies, including transformation roadmaps.
• Bring extensive experience as an enterprise architect in an international company, eager to establish enterprise architecture in a greenfield environment.
• Possess team spirit, creativity, and enjoy hands-on project work.
• Have good knowledge of IT requirements in a customer-driven project environment.
• Be motivated to be a key part of OHB's corporate transformation.
• Capable of stakeholder-oriented presentation of complex technological issues.
• Hold relevant certifications (e.g., iSAQB, TOGAF) and have experience with EA tool landscapes.
