Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Group Desk Coordinator, Sales Operations EMEA to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
The Group Desk Coordinator, Sales Operations EMEA is an integral part of the Wyndham Sales Organisation team, managing diverse administrative duties and projects. They act as the central point of contact for all group/ MICE-related leads across the Wyndham Sales Group & MICE EMEA team. The role is essential in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of enquiries by coordinating with hotels. Its primary focus is to support Wyndham Sales EMEA – Group & MICE teams by coordinating incoming leads, tracking them in relevant systems, and ensuring active follow-up with hotels and clients to help drive conversion and revenue. The Coordinator is expected to work closely with internal teams and hotel partners, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution throughout the enquiry process. They are required to understand the Group and MICE segment, ideally having previous experience in hotel group sales and meeting coordination roles. Familiarity with group business dynamics, strong organisational skills, and a follow-through mindset are essential to succeed in this position. In addition to core responsibilities, they may assist with regular and ad hoc tasks, as directed by the line manager and based on business needs.

This role involves a moderate level of decision-making, primarily related to the coordination and tracking of Group & MICE leads. Most tasks are recurring or will be clearly defined by Wyndham Sales EMEA– Group & MICE teams. Day-to-day autonomy is limited, with key decisions aligned with established processes and in coordination with account owners and internal teams. The Coordinator does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities. They are expected to become confident in using key sales tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce and Cvent), supporting hotels and internal stakeholders by answering process-related questions and troubleshooting common issues. While the role is mainly operational, it requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently within defined guidelines. Administrative support for the wider team may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
This role does not manage a dedicated budget but is expected to manage personal travel and expenses responsibly in line with the company policy. The Coordinator will hold a key support function, maintaining professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and hotel partners, and acting as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in the EMEA region.
The incumbent will be based in our office in Berlin, Germany, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager EMEA. They will play a key role in driving the success of our Group & MICE Wyndham Sales segment in the EMEA region.
