How you will create an impact

Securing and further developing IT cost controlling:

• Establishing and optimizing standardized IT cost controlling within the entire group of companies
• Implementing efficient processes for cost monitoring and control
• Ensuring transparent and comprehensible service billing

Conducting regular review meetings with department heads:

• Monthly and quarterly analysis and evaluation of IT costs with the departments
• Identification of cost drivers and derivation of optimization measures
• Creation of forecasts, budgets and profitability analyses
• Advising and supporting the departments in managing and optimizing their IT budgets
• Further development of the project structure and integration into relevant ERP systems (SA)
• Close collaboration with the IT department and group controlling for continuous improvement
• Support in developing the IT strategy

What are we looking for

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in IT controlling or financial controlling, ideally in an industrial environment
• Confident handling of MS Office, good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI/CO an advantage)
• Strong self-organization and communicative way of working, with a high level of quality awareness
• Very good English language skills in both written and spoken, knowledge of German at least at B2 level
