Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises over 300 light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Ground Support Equipment & Tooling Employee (m/f/d) in a full time position.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the proper, usable condition of all aircraft tools
• Proper storage of tools and reliable recording of tool issue
• Commissioning of inspection or maintenance work with corresponding documentation
• Calibration of tools
• Compliance with and continuous monitoring of calibration intervals
• Organisation and monitoring of borrowed tools and the loan of tools
• Procurement of new tools and equipment
• Carrying out regular tool inspections
• Coordination of tool repair work
• Production of own special tools using manufacturer documentation and QM

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Completed training in a technical profession
• Knowledge of tools or tool production is an advantage
• Good technical understanding and interest in technical contexts
• Knowledge of EASA Part-145 is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and quality standards
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work under own initiative making recommendations for improvements as appropriate;
• Confident handling of MS Outlook and Excel
• Good written and spoken English skills, German desirable
• Driving licence for car
• Must be eligible for an airside pass
