Job summary

Quantum-Systems GmbH is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team near Munich. You will turn complex unmanned systems into compelling visuals, delivering print and digital assets for campaigns, product launches and events.

You will work with brand guidelines, create reusable templates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong portfolio are essential; knowledge of AI-assisted tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in graphic design, media design, visual communication or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, typography and layout across print and digital formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of composition, colour and visual hierarchy, combined with attention to detail.
• Ability to turn marketing briefs and complex information into clear visuals.
• Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to each project.
• Knowledge of prepress processes, colour management and asset preparation for print and digital channels.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted creative tools and sound judgement regarding output quality, confidentiality and usage rights.
• An organised, independent approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Turn complex technology into compelling visuals. As part of the Quantum Systems Marketing and Communication team, you will create designs that bring our brand and unmanned systems to life - from product launches and international campaigns to exhibitions and digital channels. Combine creative ideas with precise execution and take projects from the first brief to the final asset.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop visual concepts and deliver print and digital assets for campaigns, product launches and corporate communications.
