Quantum-Systems GmbH is seeking a creative designer to translate complex unmanned systems into compelling visuals. You will develop concepts for product launches, campaigns and corporate communications, delivering print and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency across channels.

Responsibilities include brochures, posters, website assets and infographics, with a focus on high-quality visuals and efficient collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in graphic design, media design, visual communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio showing print and digital concepts, typography and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good understanding of composition, colour and visual hierarchy with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and input on output quality and rights.

Turn complex technology into compelling visuals. As part of the Quantum Systems Marketing and Communication team, you will create designs that bring our brand and unmanned systems to life - from product launches and international campaigns to exhibitions and digital channels. Combine creative ideas with precise execution and take projects from the first brief to the final asset.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop visual concepts and deliver print and digital assets for campaigns, product launches and corporate communications.

• Design brochures, advertisements, posters, presentations, sales materials and exhibition graphics.

• Create digital assets for websites, social media, newsletters and online marketing channels.

• Translate complex products and technical information into clear graphics, infographics and layouts.

• Apply and evolve our visual identity in collaboration with the brand and creative team, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• Edit and retouch images, adapt designs to different formats and create reusable templates.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate production with printers and external suppliers.

• Use AI-assisted tools for ideation and asset creation, reviewing outputs for quality, accuracy and brand consistency.

• Work closely with marketing, product marketing and photo/video colleagues, managing your projects from brief to final delivery.

What you bring to the team:

• Relevant qualification in graphic design, media design, visual communication or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, typography and layout across print and digital formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• A strong understanding of composition, colour and visual hierarchy, combined with attention to detail.

• Ability to turn marketing briefs and complex information into clear, engaging visual communication.

• Experience working within brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to each project.

• Knowledge of prepress processes, colour management and asset preparation for print and digital channels.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted creative tools and sound judgement regarding output quality, confidentiality and usage rights.

• An organised, independent approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  Nice to have:

• Experience with Figma, motion design or video editing, as well as an interest in technology and unmanned systems.
