We are currently looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Berlin. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and driving brand equity. Your creative expertise will contribute to achieving our marketing and business goals in the German market.

What You'll Do:

1. Support our Marketing manager in developing marketing communications materials that meet the internal brief, timeline and budget.
2. Responsible for developing creative concepts, graphics, simple animations, and brand assets for functional departments, including key visuals, social content, EDM, website design materials, etc.
3. Perform basic retouching and manipulation of images.
4. Translate requirements from other functions (e.g., Driver ops, People team) into creative deliverables. Assist the Marketing manager in managing creative development progress with external agencies or production houses regarding concept development, photo/video shoots, animation content creation, and advertising material installation.

What You'll Need:

1. Bachelor's Degree or above with a minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia, graphic design, or advertising, preferably with hands-on experience in brand and marketing communications material development. Experience in startups or with production houses is a plus.
2. Proficiency in using MAC and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects. Motion graphics skills are a plus.
3. Experience working with creative/web agencies and production houses is a plus.
4. Team-player with startup spirit, capable of fitting into a fast-paced, diversified, and dynamic environment.
5. Strong graphic sense with an excellent eye for detail and understanding of current design trends.
6. Good command of English.
7. Candidates must submit a portfolio along with their resume.
8. Strong local insight into Saudi Arabia is preferred.
