You’ll be part of a hands-on, high-energy program where you’ll learn to sell, grow your career from day one, and earn uncapped commissions — with an OTE of €60,000 and above!

No sales experience? No problem. If you bring curiosity, drive, and a desire to grow as fast as Moss, we can teach you the rest!

What You’ll Learn

From day one, you’ll gain real experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  1. Become an Expert: Guided through onboarding and finance bootcamp to master B2B tech sales.
  2. Run Strategic Research: Use tools to identify companies and finance leaders who can benefit from Moss.
  3. Network and Outreach: Connect with CFOs and finance decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  4. Introduce and Excite: Engage prospects, ask questions, communicate value, and book meetings for our Account Executives.
  5. Optimize for Impact: Use CRM tools effectively and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve processes.
About you

We believe you’ll need the following experience and qualifications:

  • You are a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
  • Fluent in German (C2/Native) and English (C1).
