Job Description

The Operations Graduate Program at Scalable Capital offers an excellent start to a career in digital finance. The Program Details

1. 12-month duration
2. Multiple rotations across different teams in the Operations Department, with real project involvement and a final assignment aligned with your interests
3. Mentorship and buddy systems to support your development and networking
4. Preparation for a successful transition into your first professional role post-program

Participants will gain practical experience in building and managing payment and trading processes, preparing them for a future in financial markets. Rotations include:

• Payments: Handling reconciliation, SEPA payments, and liquidity management
• Clearing & Settlement: Learning post-trading processes, trade booking, and settlement activities
• Transfers: Monitoring security transfers and overseeing settlement activities with external partners
• Corporate Actions: Supporting analysis and coordination of corporate events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
• Relevant internship or work experience in banking, securities, brokerage, or asset management
• Strong analytical skills, adept at using data for decision-making
• Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and team-oriented attitude
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
