Graduate Field Applications Engineer Power and Analog (f/m/d), Dresden

Location: Dresden / Düsseldorf area (alternatively Home Office - details below)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and dynamic Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to support our customers in North and West Germany including the Netherlands, focusing on Analog and Power Products.

As a Field Applications Engineer, you will act as a key technical advisor, bridging your customer and internal divisions, to support design and development, and to drive business growth.

1. Work closely with Account Managers and other FAEs to build customer relationships.
2. Promote our analog and power portfolio, including interfaces, power management, sensors, and timing solutions.
3. Provide technical expertise to help develop revenues in collaboration with Sales and Distribution.
4. Take ownership of business opportunities from demand creation to mass production.
5. Enhance your technical knowledge of our products and solutions.
6. Travel within your territory to meet with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

We seek candidates with strong technical skills, a team-player attitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Curiosity, initiative, and risk assessment are valued.

1. Up to three years of relevant experience or fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and an interest in circuit design.
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of Analog and Power Management applications.
3. Experience with PCB design tools like Altium Designer is desirable.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
5. Strategic and commercial thinking abilities.
6. Ability to identify key projects and recommend solutions.
7. Independent working capability, analytical skills, and self-motivation.
8. Proficiency in German and English, and mobility for travel are essential.
