Beckett is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable collectible card enthusiast to join our fast-growing team on-site in Lage, Germany. If you have a passion for sports cards, non-sports cards, or gaming/TCGs—and a strong eye for detail—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Ideal candidates will understand the BGS grading scale and standards, be able to identify counterfeits or card alterations, and bring a reliable, coachable attitude to a team-driven environment. This role requires consistency, focus, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately grade a daily quota of sports, non-sports, gaming, and trading card game (TCG) submissions.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, news, and market developments within the industry.
• Learn and apply BGS grading standards, including identifying counterfeit, tampered, or altered cards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Highly detail-oriented with strong focus and precision in handling cards and completing repetitive tasks.
• Foundational knowledge of cards in at least one category: sports, non-sports, or gaming/TCG.
• Proficient in using tools such as jeweler’s loupes and decimal/fractional rulers for card inspection.
• Demonstrates proper handling techniques to avoid card damage.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
