As part of the Service Global Operating Model Development Team, our goal is to continuously develop and improve all pillars of our Global Operating Model—specifically, how we work in Vestas Service. We aim to grow the business globally in a standardized manner and support our colleagues in executing their tasks successfully and sustainably. This includes sharing transformation products and best practices, coordinating major projects, incorporating feedback into new initiatives, enhancing processes, and acting as the link between headquarters and regions to align interests and focus areas. We ensure the successful adoption of corporate strategies by assessing change needs and impacts and collaborating with global and regional management teams to implement necessary transformations.

This effort is key to harnessing the benefits of our Service business’s significant growth journey.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Organisational Assessments in our Service function worldwide, liaising with regional stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements based on findings: monitor implementation of audit recommendations, follow up on corrective actions, and track progress of initiatives to evaluate their impact on organizational performance.
  • Analyze Data and Report Findings: collect, interpret, and present data from assessments and surveys to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Consult with Leadership: provide expert advice on organizational development issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Improve Organizational Assessments: optimize and implement assessment tools to evaluate effectiveness, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.
  • Promote a Positive Work Environment: foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes; identify inefficiencies, gaps, and compliance issues; recommend improvements.
  • Support projects and change management initiatives related to restructuring, digital transformation, and cultural evolution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in organizational development, HR, or related areas.
  • Certifications: Experience and certification in Lean and Six Sigma highly preferred. Additional certifications such as ISO, PMP, Scrum, or PROSCI are advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of organizational development theories and practices.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and strong ownership.
  • Stakeholder management experience, capable of exceeding expectations at all management levels.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present across diverse cultural environments.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate problems and investigate issues in complex settings.
  • Pragmatic and adaptable to change.
  • Experience leading project teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately days per year.
