Your Impact

As Go-to-Market Manager at Tacto, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our growth strategy and establishing us as the leading Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solution for the industrial Mittelstand while simultaneously building a platform for our customers. You'll drive our core marketing initiatives that directly fuel our sales pipeline, while identifying and scaling new opportunities with 10x growth potential. In a period of strong market demand, your strategic vision and hands-on execution will be instrumental in capitalizing on this momentum, creating a powerful brand identity, and helping us achieve our ambitious goal of 90% inbound-driven growth.

Your Tasks

  • Lead Core GTM/Marketing Operations: Take full ownership of key growth channels and optimize high-impact initiatives like webinars and content creation. Ensure a seamless collaboration between marketing and sales to maximize conversion.
  • Identify and Scale Growth Opportunities: Discover, operationalize, and scale new GTM initiatives with 10x growth potential and ensure a smooth implementation.
  • Define and Execute Inbound Strategy: Help shape our inbound marketing strategy to achieve 90% inbound-driven growth by implementing new initiatives such as PR, SEO, and other channels to attract quality leads. Continuously analyze performance data to constantly refine our approach.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Nurture relationships with customers and industry experts, recognizing their critical role as our #1 sales channel. Additionally, you serve as a key interface between the GTM, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Develop the Tacto Brand: Position Tacto as the thought leader for future-proof supply chains in the mid-market by creating compelling narratives around our value proposition and support in building a vibrant community of advocates around our brand.
  • Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your work, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.

  • You have gained first professional experience in (digital) consulting, venture capital, start-ups or a comparable dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You bring creativity to both your strategic thinking and execution, developing innovative ideas that drive real business impact
  • You have a self-driven personality with a passionate "hands-on" approach to getting things done
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills in both German and English
