The team’s tech stack includes native Android and iOS SDKs in Java/Kotlin and Swift, customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript, and a high-performance Golang backend on AWS processing millions of events hourly. Our system matches games with ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.

This provides team members with state-of-the-art resources to craft engaging rewarded ad experiences integrated into top apps, delivering exceptional results for advertisers and monetizers.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and maintain our backend, primarily in Go, supporting microservice architecture communicating with our TypeScript React frontend, using Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis for reliable asynchronous communication.
• Engage in peer code reviews and knowledge sharing within a developer community.
• Work on decreasing API response times for complex queries over large datasets.
• Support partners by providing raw or aggregated data tailored to their needs, emphasizing data transparency and open APIs.
• Collaborate with Data Science to solve complex math problems, optimize ML algorithms, and integrate solutions into adjoe’s platform.
• Handle billions of daily API events, aggregating them in Kafka and Kinesis streams for quick querying from the data lake.
• Learn and grow in a supportive environment that nurtures potential and career development.
• Be part of an international, English-speaking team aiming to scale our adtech platform beyond hundreds of millions of users.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of Golang experience in production, preferably with distributed systems.
• Enthusiastic about technology and quick to learn complex topics.
• Knowledge of databases, Regular Expressions, HTTP protocol, and encoding.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker, and serverless infrastructure is a plus.
