What you'll do

• Execute and oversee multiple transportation supply chain projects on a global level, ensuring they are completed on time in quality and in budget
• You work closely with internal and external partners to align project goals and ensure smooth execution of key projects in Knauf, such as global TMS initiatives, end-to-end visibility, track & trace, and systems standardization
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders (project update calls, Steering Committee)
• You evaluate potential technologies, tools, and processes to optimize transportation efficiency on a global scale and drive the rollout and continuous improvement of cutting-edge solutions
• Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of transportation processes

Who you are

• You have several years of professional experience in operational logistics, with focus on transportation – inbound and outbound logistics
• Equipped with in-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, concepts, and technologies like control towers, process optimization, and TMS, you are well-prepared to handle complex logistics challenges
• Your strong communication skills are well-suited for presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levelsin person and remotely
• By utilizing your problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, you demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English with proficiency in German as a bonus and a willingness to travel complete your profile
