Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen, Germany (or Malaysia) invites applications for the Global Trainer – Unity role. You will lead interactive, role-based training sessions for end users and trainers worldwide, and deliver Train The Trainer programs to empower regional teams with the knowledge to deliver localized training effectively.

You will align training with the ServiceNow curriculum, adapt content for local needs, and work with the deployment and curriculum teams to improve effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education or related field or a Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ESM platform.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

• Facilitate interactive, role-based training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end users, key users, and local trainers.
• Conduct Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions to empower regional/country trainers.
• Deliver training aligned with the global ServiceNow curriculum and provide feedback for improvement.
• Adapt materials to local business processes, languages, and regulations.
• Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and processes (Incidents, Changes, Requests, Knowledge, Asset, HR, etc.).
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure training meets timelines and milestones.
• Monitor attendance and learner engagement and implement improvements.
• Support go-live readiness, post-go-live hypercare, and refresher trainings.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive, role-based training sessions (virtual and in-person) for end users, key users, and local trainers as part of global deployment waves.
• Conduct Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions to equip regional and country-level trainers with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver localized training effectively.
• Deliver training aligned with the global ServiceNow curriculum and provide feedback to the curriculum development team for continuous improvement.
• Partner with country deployment teams to adapt materials and delivery methods to local business processes, languages, and regulations.
• Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, workflows, and business processes (e.g., Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, Asset, HR, etc.).
• Work closely with the global ServiceNow implementation team, change management, and communications functions to ensure training aligns with deployment timelines and readiness milestones.
• Monitor attendance, learner engagement, and post-training feedback to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support go-live readiness, post-go-live hypercare, and refresher training sessions as needed.

Your qualifications and experience

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or related field and have many years of experience in delivering technology training in a global environment.
• Alternatively, you have a Bachelor’s degree in an equivalent field with additional years of experience in the area.
• Preferably, you are familiar with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ESM platform.
• You possess experience in working in large-scale, multi-country rollout projects.

Your attributes and skills

• You possess strong knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning delivery methods.
• You are willing to travel globally about 50% of the time.
• You can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• You are skilled in virtual training tools and LMS systems.
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across time zones.

Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
