• Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the CS Advanced Therapies Simulation/Digital Education Portfolio in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer, market, and stakeholder requirements for simulation-based, immersive, digital, and XR learning solutions.
• Manage the delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement of simulation and digital learning solutions.
• Act as the key interface between SMEs, Business Lines, and Digital Development teams to enable end-to-end solution development.
• Apply Design Thinking and Customer Centricity to create scalable learning solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• Validate scalable education models supported by business case development
• Translate customer and market insights into innovative simulation and digital learning products.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the CS Advanced Therapies Simulation/Digital Education Portfolio in partnership with Customer Education & Development, Training Design, and Service Operations stakeholders.
• You collect, analyze, and prioritize customer, market, and stakeholder requirements for simulation-based, immersive, digital, and XR learning solutions in line with the Advanced Therapies portfolio and Hybrid Education strategy.
• You manage the delivery, deployment, and continuous improvement of simulation and digital learning solutions.
• You act as the key interface between SMEs, Business Lines, and Digital Development teams to enable end-to-end solution development.
• You apply Design Thinking and Customer Centricity to create scalable learning solutions that meet customer and business needs.
• You validate scalable education models supported by business case development
• You translate customer and market insights into innovative simulation and digital learning products.
• You hold a master’s degree in engineering, Business, Healthcare, Education, or a related field.
• You have several years of product management experience in MedTech and have proven to turn ideas into viable business outcome, including an commercial impact.
• You have experience in simulation-based education, digital learning, clinical education, healthcare workforce development, or customer education.
• You have solid experience in agile product development environments and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• You ideally have expertise in Advanced Therapies, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, Endovascular, or other image-guided therapy domains.

Your attributes and skills:

• You have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills and are fluent in English in a global environment. German language skills are of advantage.
• You have strong business acumen with experience identifying, shaping, and commercializing market opportunities.
• You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to align customer needs, product vision, and business objectives.
• You are passionate about simulation, XR/VR, AI, and emerging technologies in healthcare education.
• You have a proven ability to influence and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional stakeholder networks.
