Renesas is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Principal Global Technology Marketing Manager Motor Control Solutions. This position is based in Germany, with options for remote work within the country, in locations such as Düsseldorf, Munich, Dresden, or Nabern.

Renesas is accelerating its roadmap for motor control solutions. As a Technology Marketing Manager, you will define solutions by analyzing market requirements, technology trends, customer needs, and competitive environment.

This is a global role involving collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the company, offering high visibility and impact.

Your Role:

1. Research market technology trends from customer and application perspectives.
2. Identify market growth potential and competitive advantages.
3. Analyze application system architectures and propose roadmap optimizations.
4. Set requirements and define the roadmap for motor control software, firmware, and tools to ensure state-of-the-art features and user experience.
5. Collaborate with global business development teams to consolidate technology and market requirements.
6. Manage Proof of Concepts and test activities with partners.
7. Create value propositions, propose roadmaps, and develop business cases.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
2. Openness to exploring new technologies and markets for implementation recommendations.
3. Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to convert technical and market requirements into business cases.
5. Experience in semiconductor marketing is preferred.
6. Strong customer focus and communication skills.
7. Familiarity with motor control frameworks for semiconductors.
