Simon-Kucher is looking for an experienced Manager to help grow our Global Talent Management team. Together with the Global Director of Talent Management, the role incumbent will help successfully implement the talent management strategy in support of our fast-paced strategic growth plan. At Simon-Kucher, Talent Management covers the cyclical Performance Review Process, as well as the overall development and career planning. We interface primarily with the HR Policies, Rewards & Benefits, and Learning and Skills Development departments.

How you will create an impact :
- You will collaborate with the Global Director of Talent Management to define high-level talent management strategies aligned with business growth objectives and support organizational transformation.
- You will work with senior stakeholders across Business and Central Functions to understand priorities and create integrated structures that foster a high-engagement, high-performing culture.
- You will partner with local HR to execute talent management practices, managing the timeline, documentation, performance assessments, calibration meetings, and process closure.
- You will serve as the global talent management liaison in local markets, advising internal stakeholders on talent strategies and best practices.
- You will provide training on performance management and development processes, ensuring excellence in execution of talent programs and systems.
- You can implement programs that promote employee career and professional development, enhancing individual roles and responsibilities.
About you :
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, HRM, or organizational psychology; an advanced degree is a plus.
- You have over 6 years of experience in talent management within a complex global matrix organization, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- You have a proven ability to drive annual performance review processes.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- You have experience with performance management tools and software.
- You have experience in creating, driving, implementing, and evaluating operational processes.
- You demonstrate excellent self-management, organizational skills, and practical implementation experience.
- You are professional in presenting to large groups and senior stakeholders.
