Your mission
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will play a central role in setting up and developing our recruiting strategy. You will act as a sparring partner for management, develop innovative processes and manage all measures along the talent acquisition funnel.
Advisory & Strategic Partnership
- You will provide strategic advice to managers on all matters relating to talent acquisition and HR planning.
- You work closely with the HR Business Partner team and the C-level to develop needs-based recruiting solutions.
Recruitment & Active Sourcing
- You manage the entire recruiting process - from requirements analysis and interviews to signing contracts.
- You proactively identify talent via active sourcing, build talent pools and develop sustainable candidate relationships.
Planning & Strategy
- You develop a long-term talent acquisition roadmap in line with the company's objectives.
- You plan capacities, forecast personnel requirements and define strategic search channels.
Process Excellence & Compliance
- You continuously optimize processes, tools and candidate journeys with a focus on efficiency, quality and scalability on a global level.
- You ensure that all recruiting activities are legally and data protection compliant
Employer Branding
- You strengthen our employer brand - in collaboration with Marketing - through targeted campaigns, content and platform strategies.
- You ensure an authentic, modern and attractive candidate experience.
Metrics & Analytics
- You develop KPIs and dashboards to measure the performance of all recruiting activities.
- You use data-based insights to optimize time and cost metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Talent Segmentation
- You differentiate recruiting strategies along relevant talent segments (e.g. tech, commercial, operations).
- You develop customized approaches and selection procedures for different target groups.
Your profile
- Degree in economics, social sciences, psychology or comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an international or rapidly scaling environment
- Experience in active sourcing and building strategic talent pools
- Strategic view paired with operational implementation skills
- Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcing-Tech) and HR analytics
- Very good knowledge of employer branding, interviewing, process design and recruiting compliance
- Strong communication skills, consulting skills and a high service orientation
- Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
