We’re looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to become a strategic partner to our Global GI Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey—driving innovation, enabling performance, and championing digital excellence across our global operations.

How you'll make an impact

As a strategic partner to our global GI SCM organization, you will :

Lead global initiatives as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business units, driving alignment, adoption, and execution of key supply chain tools, programs, and processes.

Enable performance excellence by managing KPI target setting, coaching teams on tool usage, and ensuring high-quality data for real-time decision-making.

Act as a change champion, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation in performance reporting and supply chain strategy.

Support supply chain transformation, contributing to the company’s digitalization roadmap and aligning local efforts with corporate strategy.

Build and evolve BI tools, designing digital dashboards to monitor key metrics, enable development tracking, and enhance visibility across the organization.

Support strategic planning, including performance budgeting and workforce onboarding / offboarding for SCM functions.

Craft strategic communications, producing monthly reports and updates to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and inspired.

Coordinate talent development by managing training programs, maintaining development records, and partnering with HR and leadership on capability-building efforts.

Drive employee engagement, leading the deployment of global survey initiatives and follow-up actions that shape a high-performance culture.

Overview Master Data quality and assure gaps are solved both in the short and long term

Engage and support the development and deployment of the GI SCM Digitalization journey

Your background

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Engineering or related field

Proven experience in supply chain, operations, business performance, or transformation roles

Strong understanding of KPI management, data quality standards, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solving and process optimization

Ability to lead change, coach teams, and inspire continuous improvement in a complex matrix environment

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent analytical with high attention to details

Great presentation and storytelling skills with strong written & verbal communication

Proficient in ERP especially SAP MM module, SAP Ariba and new SCMIS applications

Proficient in Power BI Design & Development and SQL, from Dataset to creation and publication of content in Power BI

Experience with SharePoint administration / Design
