The Global Strategic Accounts Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships with key account customers in the Food & Beverage (F&B) market. The role involves creating and implementing account strategies to increase visibility and revenue, monitoring performance metrics, influencing decision-makers, and fostering strong internal and external relationships to ensure customer-centric solutions and long-term partnerships.

The position reports to the Global Strategic Accounts Leader and is part of the Global Strategic Accounts sales team. This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Identify and cultivate strategic partnershipswith key account customers in the Food and Beverage (F&B) market by conducting thorough market analysis and leveraging industry insights to drive expansion.

Develop and sustain relationshipswith key account customers by regularly engaging with executives and key decision-makers, understanding their future strategies and needs, and positioning Pall F&B as a trusted advisor to secure long-term partnerships.

Create and implement detailed account strategiesand plans aimed at increasing visibility and revenue share at key accounts, ensuring alignment with Pall Corporation's business goals and objectives.

Collaborate on developing tailored solutionsthat best meet key account customer needs by designing customer-centric solutions and crafting commercial proposals through value-based selling techniques.

Work closely with internal teamssuch as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure client needs are met and the best solutions are provided, facilitating seamless communication and coordination.

The essential requirements of the job include :

A strong and demonstrable successful track record in achieving sales targets, with a focus on large key account management or a similar role.

A good understanding of the F&B, life sciences, or biotechnology industry, with insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.

Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective sales plans, secure advantageous contracts, and efficiently resolve issues.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English

The ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight).
