As Global Sourcing Manager, you'll take ownership of the sourcing strategy across all transport modes, with direct accountability for air and ocean freight. You'll lead negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and drive performance excellence across a complex, global network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global sourcing strategy for general cargo and freight within the logistics function.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for air and ocean freight, including RFIs, RFQs, and contract awards.
• Build and optimise a high-performing supplier base across multiple geographies.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance (e.g. service levels, delivery timelines).
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality enhancement, and sustainability.
• Track market trends and cost drivers to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
