Job Description:

MISSION: Development of the supply chain for concrete tower components.

TASKS:

• Develop and implement category strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and accounts.
• Coordinate all supplier-related activities along the supply chain.
• Monitor and ensure supplier performance.
• Establish framework agreements with blade suppliers and oversee their performance to ensure supply.
• Manage supplier accounts, including internal and external interfaces.
• Achieve global targets for cost, quality, and delivery in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop the global supply chain for concrete tower components.
• Search for alternative suppliers and conduct RfQ processes.
• Negotiate capacity and prices.
• Manage global contracts based on commodity, service, or market.
• Engage proactively with suppliers on safety, quality, delivery, costs, CSR, sustainability, and innovation initiatives.
• Achieve KPIs and targets at the supplier level.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Business or engineering degree or relevant educational background.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of hydraulic components and lubrication systems.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management, preferably in the wind sector or similar international industries.
• Previous experience in renewable energy sector.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Studies in supply chain or procurement.

English proficiency at C1 level is required; Spanish is also necessary. Additional valuable languages include German, Portuguese, and Chinese.
