In this position your daily work and responsibilities will be mainly based on these four pillars :

In the beginning you will in addition give operational advice and support for assigned departments and you are the first point of contact locally for managers and employees in the areas to be supported on all aspects of the employee life cycle.
YOU KNOW
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration - preferably with a focus on HR - or, for example, a degree in social sciences with knowledge of business administration :
