YOUR TASKS

• Manage global sales project roadmap across channels
• Ensure consistent execution of the commercial roadmap with project leads and stakeholders
• Drive the roll-out of global sales projects with regional teams
• Lead or contribute to selected projects
• Align to-be process models for field, tele, depot, digital sales, KAM, and Pricing
• Identify and prioritize demand for sales (IT) tools
• Act as the main global business contact for Group-IT on sales topics
• Drive and coordinate a consistent omnichannel sales tools architecture
• Support department heads in administration tasks
• Monitor the functional budget

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in Business Management
• Proven track record in project management
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills
• KPI-driven mindset
• Fluency in English; additional skills in German, French, or Italian (B2 level) are beneficial
• Experience working in an international context or in matrix organizations is a plus
• Experience in strategy consulting or direct sales environments is a plus
