Field Sales Department Manager, Germany (m/w/d)

As the Head of Field Sales, you will lead the Field Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. You will shape strategies that align with both company-wide goals and the unique needs of the German market. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensuring that our field sales operations contribute to long-term success while fostering strong partnerships within the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and inspire a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany, including direct reports from experienced (senior) team leads.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
  • Work closely with Sales Support and Account Management to provide a high-quality, consistent experience across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Lead Management to supply the Field Sales teams with high-quality, conversion-ready leads and develop data-driven strategies to identify potential top-partners in every city, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives, including sales tools, reporting, sales materials, and incentive models.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager of Inside Sales to harmonize Field and Inside Sales activities.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A background of achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organizations, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in German and English.
