About The Role: We are looking for a Global Sales Director to join the leadership team and drive the international sales strategy. This executive will be instrumental in expanding the market presence, developing and nurturing a high-performance sales organization, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across key territories.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable global sales strategy, aligned with growth objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing international sales team, including regional managers and channel partners.
  • Identify and secure strategic enterprise clients and channel partnerships in target verticals and geographies.
  • Define clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and continuously optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals from pipeline to close.
  • Represent the company at international events, conferences, and client meetings.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of international B2B sales leadership in the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling global sales teams.
  • Exceptional deal-making and negotiation skills with Fortune 500 clients and government stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.
