Qualifikationen

We are looking for an excellent communicator who can work collaboratively across many different roles and functions and always looks at the broader picture in our Road Ecosystem aiming to meet technological, functional and security expectations!

Your Role

As IT Product Owner (m/f/d) you are responsible for a variety of IT Systems, their communication, health and monitoring in a diverse and challenging environment. While parts of the product group will be subject to replacements (consolidation of systems and features) over the upcoming years, other components are just being rolled out and need a lot of attention.

Your Responsibilities

• Owning the IT Landscape around the systems, ensuring that sufficient documentation is existing, Security objectives (e.g. health checks, disaster recovery) are met, effective monitoring on infrastructure and interfaces are setup/enhanced and a high system stability is maintained/achieved.
• Having a holistic view onto the demands and business needs.
• Define suitable business KPIs to measure the benefit/value of the product.
• Constantly monitor the market and observe what our competitors do in the field of IT with respect to the product group.
• Ensuring a continuous exchange of changing requirements on global IT level, helping to initiate needed projects and manage them accordingly.
• Managing the overall journey 'into the cloud' with a holistic view on our product group and needed requirements for this journey.
• Stakeholder Management on Business- and IT Side – being the middle person and ability to 'translate' into all directions.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Master in computer science or similar degree & proven experience in Product Management or similar role (2+ years).
• Highly motivated and fully engaged in the development of the product group.
• Deep knowledge of software and product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on, result and solution oriented character.
• IT Project Management experience.
• Ability to develop good relationships with internal customers and third party suppliers.
• Excellent communicator who can work collaboratively across many different roles and functions. Should be able to communicate, align people and stakeholders, focus their efforts, and motivate the team.
• High emotional intelligence to help collaborate and successfully shape product group’s success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high level of written and spoken German and English (due to stakeholder mainly German speaking, fluent German is a must-have).
