We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our Global Road Logistics team as an Innovation Development Manager in Hamburg or Lyon. If you are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a tangible difference in Road Logistics, we would love to hear from you!

Your Role

You will be instrumental in driving business growth through the development of cutting-edge product offerings. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams, as well as our global customer base, to ensure our products meet market demands and exceed expectations. Your primary focus will be on expanding the footprint of our Road Customer Visibility solutions, ensuring they deliver significant commercial impact and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Confidently navigate and communicate expertise at the intersection of business and technology to internal and external stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, collaborating globally to develop innovative products and drive growth.
• Drive sales cycles, lead pricing negotiations, and stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
• Proactively build and nurture relationships to create new business pipelines.
• Present confidently to senior management and large audiences, using a structured approach to achieve objectives.
• Build strong relationships with Sales and Road Logistics teams worldwide.
• Work with the product team to provide customer feedback, enhancing product development, and gather feedback from clients using Advanced Visibility.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to refine the product’s value proposition and develop localized sales presentations and marketing materials.

Your Skills and Experiences

• A minimum of 7-10 years in relevant roles, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
• Prior experience with fast-growing technology companies is highly desirable.
• A Master’s degree or MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Road Logistics sector is preferred.
• A self-starter who can quickly learn, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
