Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation (f/m/d)

As Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation, you will work closely with the VP Sustainability Transformation and the entire organization. Your role involves analyzing, advising, and supporting teams in developing and expanding operational technology data collection for sustainability reporting, including collaboration with Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungs-GmbH. Your Tasks

• Create and analyze the current status and identify gaps regarding relevant indicators, data, data structures, and technology across locations, considering ESG strategy, operational strategy, and sustainability reporting.
• Develop strategies and implementation plans for data collection using existing IIoT technologies.
• (Co-)manage the project team.
• Prepare project plans in coordination with various teams.
• Develop and maintain task management systems.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Studies or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in a similar environment
• PMI certification or project management training preferred
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple production sites
• Proficiency in English; good German and Spanish skills are advantages
