Tasks

• Manage and coordinate global confined space robotized NDT inspections, primarily focusing on Europe.
• Develop and implement a centralized operational lead coordination system for robotized inspections tailored for confined spaces.
• Create a centralized tender support structure.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tenders for robotized NDT inspections, aligning with global and local sales teams.
• Manage both planned and emergency inspection activities to minimize customer downtime and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized robotized NDT solutions meeting customer specifications and budgets.
• Innovate and integrate new robotic inspection solutions in collaboration with R&D teams to evolve service offerings.
• Streamline processes, resolve technical challenges, and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular meetings with international NDT departments to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee a team of NDT professionals, fostering a safety-first culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets for procurement or in-house development of robotic solutions, emphasizing regional equipment utilization.

Qualifications
