A leading hotel chain is seeking a Project Manager for Global HC transformation projects. This role involves ensuring project completion on time and within budget, facilitating stakeholder engagement and delivering business value. Candidates should have extensive project management experience and strong communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
As part of BPR&DX, the project manager will take on roles for Global HC transformation and other multiple projects, collaborating with the business process champion as the business owner and the business process architecture team.
The focus is on business value delivery, enabling stakeholders to scope the value of end-to-end business processes and make appropriate business decisions in a timely manner.
