We are looking for a Germany based Global Program Manager (all genders)for our Meetings As a Service division who will oversee the strategic management of our largest global customers. As the key liaison between HRS and our Key customers, the GPM will lead initiatives and programs, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
The position holder is responsible for strategizing and managing the programs and initiatives for an assigned set of customers, including leading a complex matrix organization of operational/delivery teams and solution experts. Reporting directly to the Vice President of our MaaS division, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and providing market insights.
