To support our growing presence worldwide, we are looking for a Global Product Specialist HR Core / HR Business Analyst to join our team. The role is based in Germany and involves occasional business travel, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our HR Core solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors EC), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support.
  • Work with the HR Core Process Owners and the People Services teams in the regions (UKI, AMAPAC and Europe) to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements.
  • Manage the backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process.
  • Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing HR Core processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent employee experience.
  • In collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within HR Core systems and act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in product or project management with a focus on HR Core, ideally in a global context, complemented by strong Agile project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, ideally of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and / or Document Management Systems.
  • Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs.
  • Ability to use and apply key project technologies and planning tools (e.g. Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project, etc.).
  • Fluent English; any other European language would be an asset.
