The Global Product Owner Total Rewards (m / f / d) is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing globally integrated Total Rewards products focused on products such as Merit, Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), Performance Management, Benchmarking and Grading. This role ensures alignment with Fresenius Group's strategic objectives by transforming decentralized systems into harmonized frameworks, connecting product areas such as EU Pay Transparency, Pay Bands and Benchmarking, and Total Rewards Statements. The role emphasizes technology enablement, particularly leveraging a global Workday ecosystem, and fosters stakeholder alignment, cultural change, and continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
