Role Overview
As an HR Digital Consultant (all genders), you will lead the product strategy and lifecycle of our HR systems. You will collaborate across departments, from HR and IT to various business units, to create a product vision that aligns with our HR digital transformation goals and overall business strategy. Your focus will be on ensuring our HR systems deliver high business value, user satisfaction, and are scalable to meet future demands. The candidate will report to the Global HR Head of Digital Core.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
