What you'll do

• In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global product strategy for gypsum boards, aligning it with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives
• Managing the entire product lifecycle will be a key focus, covering everything from concept development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions
• You will conduct detailed market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and differentiation strategies, while also creating compelling value propositions, commercial tools, and documentation for global use
• Collaboration is key, as you will coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D and regional commercial teams, to ensure the successful development, production, and commercialization of gypsum board products
• Additionally, you will monitor and drive product performance in terms of global sales, profitability, and market share, ensuring the continued success of our product portfolio

Who you are

• You have a solid academic background in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in product management and expertise in B2B marketing
• We are looking for someone with a customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, independent attitude
• You should have a proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with partners in Commercial, R&D, and other business functions
• A willingness to travel abroad for work is important for this role
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage
