Role Summary

Take charge of a global product portfolio - and shape the future of molecular filtration with MANN+HUMMEL

As Global Product Manager Molecular Filtration (m/f/d), you take global responsibility for a strategically relevant portfolio in a growing market segment. Positioned at the interface between market, R&D, and sales, you play a key role in driving the development of innovative filtration solutions for life science and environmental applications.

Main Tasks

  • Take full ownership of the global product management for Molecular Filtration, overseeing the complete product lifecycle
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy including roadmap and pricing, aligned with regional sales objectives
  • Drive product launches and manage the existing portfolio across Europe, the Americas, and APAC in close collaboration with Sales, R&D, Marketing, and Operations
  • Identify cross- and up-selling opportunities to enhance the value proposition of the product range
  • Prepare go-to-market plans and promotional materials in alignment with global marketing teams
  • Represent MANN+HUMMEL in industry associations and regulatory bodies such as VDMA, ISO, and Eurovent
  • Support internal and external product trainings, including events like Solution Days and the MANN+HUMMEL Filter Academy


Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevated field. MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is a plus
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in global product management, ideally in the field of molecular or airbone molecular contamination control
  • Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of global market dynamics, industry regulations, and customer needs
    • Experience in product strategy, pricing, and competitive analysis
    • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englisch and German
  • Personality:
    • Strong communicator and team player with intercultural competence
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on, results-driven approach
    • Willingness to travel up to 30%
