The role

We are seeking a Microsoft Managed Services Product Manager to lead and manage our global portfolio of Microsoft-based managed services. As part of our high-performing global team, you will shape our managed services offerings, drive market-leading solutions, and help our customers thrive in the digital age.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Management & Strategy: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SoftwareONE’s Microsoft Managed Services portfolio, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Customer & Market Insights: Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development and refine service offerings.
• Service Development & Innovation: Lead the creation of new services that meet market demands and customer expectations across Microsoft solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful service launches.
• Revenue & Profitability: Manage commercial aspects to ensure profitable growth through cost control and market-driven pricing.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners for seamless service integration and joint offerings.
• Global Team Leadership: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of services worldwide.

What we need from you

• Experience: Several years in product management, preferably in Microsoft or managed services, with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and licensing.
• Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and motivate indirect reports.
