Global Product Manager (m / f / d)

Job Responsibilities

1. Optimize portfolio performance through comprehensive analysis, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
2. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer demands and business objectives.
3. Represent our products internally by effectively communicating value propositions and positioning.
4. Support innovation by understanding customer needs, analyzing market trends, and defining product requirements that exceed expectations.
5. Drive tactical allocation and supply chain optimization projects.

Requirements

1. A degree in marketing, product management, or 5+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or supply chain roles within the B2B specialty chemicals sector.
2. A proven track record of successful product management and launches.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
5. Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and Spanish is highly advantageous.
6. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and product management tools/methodologies.
7. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
