Global Product Manager - Acute Wound Care (d/f/m)

We are looking for a Global Product Manager - Acute Wound Care (d/f/m) to join a Fixed Term Position in Full Time, based in Hamburg, Germany or any other Essity locations.

Your Role

• Continuous development of business intelligence and trend analysis for proposal of new commercial opportunities

• Support product development projects with relevant marketing input in close cooperation with all functions

• Management of the marketing mix including market & competitor analysis, new product definition & positioning, portfolio management, product life cycle management, supporting pricing strategies.

• Regular assortment reviews for SKU reductions and "Good Housekeeping"

• Support management of brand strategies as well as communication strategies

• Close monitoring of defined KPIs for assigned Product Category and implementation of corrective action plans, if required to achieve budget targets

• Very close cooperation with regions/countries and key affiliates as well as other departments like R&D, Medical Affairs, Communications, etc.

• Coaching and support of regional marketing and/or commercial teams in roll-outs and penetration topics

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent

• At least five years product management experience (medical devices, pharmaceuticals) or equivalent position

• Strong experience in managing international internal departments, affiliates and external stakeholders in product development, launch and strategy projects & initiatives

• Fluent spoken and written English; (German, Spanish or French is a plus)

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Excellent strategic and conceptual thinking with strong commercial and entrepreneurial mind set

• Capability to perform under high time pressure and flexibility
